Pirates Adventure with Transfer

It was an incredible night , we will always talk about it

Excellent show and very entertaining from start to finish. We paid for vip captains table and was definitely worth the extra cost

Positives On time pick up and driver friendly with good air con coach. Arrived at right time so less hanging around. Show excellent value for money and worth the 4 hours in total coach travel. Negatives and I don't like Negative responses from my customers in my job. But the rep on board was poor. Reading off a Tablet, nothing about which coach no to look for, where was the pick up afterwards. Had to prompt her. Pleasant but had no drive engaging with her passengers.

The show was amazing. I didn't like the constant people trying to sell stuff. Started in the que outside and continued throughout the night. The captains table tickets are not as exclusive as I was led to believe. Don't see there was much difference between that and standard ticket. Tables were crammped and seats uncomfortable

Maybe activity pack for children on the journey - otherwise excellent!

Can not fault the service from start to finish, communications was first class. Great family entertainment the kids absolutely loved it. Only tiny issue was as we were a family of 4 we had two other sat in our booth so was a little interdatin asking for them to move so we could get drinks/ take kids to toilet. Way back coach dropped us off at our hotel which was a nice touch as it was late and dark and we had kids with us. Thanks
